Qualifications

• This executive position requires a Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience.
• It is preferred to have an advanced degree in data science, social sciences, information systems, statistics, public administration, or higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise data, analytics, institutional research, or information management initiatives is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Oracle-based systems, or comparable tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, and institutional research across the University.
• Oversee data systems, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, reporting environments, and visualization platforms.
• Guide AI readiness, responsible adoption of AI technologies, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Manage a high-performing team and develop onboarding and professional growth programs.
