Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking a VP of Data Center Operations to lead steady-state operations across its portfolio of mission-critical data center campuses. You will own site leadership, staffing, maintenance, incident response, budgets and customer service delivery, building a high-performing organization capable of supporting hyperscale AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in mission-critical operations.
• Experience managing hyperscale, colocation, or large-scale data centers.
• 2+ years in liquid-cooled data center operations.
• Direct accountability for staffing, budgets, incidents and customer service.
• Experience with CMMS, DCIM, BMS, EPMS, SCADA.
• Ability to build and lead geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead steady-state operations across all data center campuses.
• Set priorities, decision rights and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular reviews of staffing, maintenance, incidents, and budgets.
• Drive consistent operating standards and accountability across sites.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical infrastructure operation.
• Own preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety and customer delivery across sites.
• Manage budgets, labor, vendors, and contracts.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning and succession.
• Represent operations during design, construction, and expansion.
• Provide input on maintainability and lifecycle requirements.
