Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the agency's data and BI initiatives.
• Partner with CIO/ELT to identify vision and roadmap for data/BI.
• Architect and oversee shared data infrastructure.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics using AI/ML.
• Mentor BI teams; manage recruitment and evaluations.
• Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance across the org.
• Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with departments to tailor BI solutions.
