Job summary

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a Director of Data, Analytics & AI to act as the enterprise CDO, defining and driving the data strategy across the organization. You’ll own data assets, governance, and architecture, leading AI/ML initiatives to enable data-driven product growth and revenue.

You will collaborate with IT, product, and business leaders to ensure data strategies translate into measurable outcomes and scalable data platforms across DaaS and SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and executing enterprise data strategy.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with growth and roadmaps.
• Maintain an understanding of all enterprise data assets.
• Define data structures, integration, and governance for operations and products.
• Establish frameworks for AI/ML, analytics, or traditional methods based on value.
