Job summary

AvePoint, the Microsoft Cloud expert based in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Chief Data and Analytics Officer to lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture. This role drives product analytics, AI initiatives, and data products across the organization to support product-led growth and customer insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data, analytics, or information management.
• 7+ years leading enterprise data organizations.
• Experience implementing cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preference for product-led growth, customer analytics, and enterprise transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AvePoint's enterprise data strategy aligned with business growth and AI.
• Lead enterprise data operating model with centralized capabilities and governance forums.
• Modernize data architecture and ecosystem to create a scalable data foundation.
• Establish enterprise data product management practices and data catalogs.
• Deliver self-service analytics and executive reporting across the organization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and ELT to tie data to product decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional data team.
