Job summary

FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner delivering AI capabilities into customer products and ensuring production-grade delivery. We seek a Chief Data Officer to lead data governance and AI governance efforts for major clients.

You will embed with client teams or contribute on a FullStack product team to design, build, and implement data strategies. You will drive enterprise data policy, regulatory compliance, and architecture across cloud ecosystems, collaborating with executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience scaling cross-functional data engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
• Has established and enforced enterprise data governance, data classification, and regulatory compliance frameworks in a production environment.
• Has designed and executed an enterprise data architecture strategy across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Track record of building data policy and governance frameworks specifically for AI tools and data classification methods.
• Proven experience representing data strategy and reporting directly to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
• Has worked within the mortgage or financial services industry to enforce regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
• Advanced English is required.
