Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional data teams.
• Established governance, data classification & regulatory frameworks in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance and policy for AI data and tools.
• Define and execute data architecture strategy across cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Represent data strategy to executives and boards; ensure regulatory compliance in mortgage/financial services contexts.
