Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Chief Data Officer to lead Data & AI governance for our clients. You will work on team augmentation or design & build models, guiding governance frameworks and enterprise data architecture across cloud ecosystems.

Applicants should have extensive leadership experience in data governance, architecture, and regulatory compliance within financial services, with strong English proficiency and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional data engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
• Experience establishing data governance, data classification, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Designed enterprise data architecture strategy across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Built data policy and governance frameworks for AI tools and data classification.
• Presented data strategy to executives and Boards.
• Experience in mortgage or financial services regulatory compliance and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data & AI governance program across client engagements.
• Partner with clients to integrate governance across data platforms.
• Design and enforce enterprise data architecture and governance standards.
• Drive compliance and privacy controls for AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with executives to align data strategy with business goals.
