Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, LLC is seeking a senior leader to guide client engagements that translate AI ambition into production-ready agents and data architectures. You will own the client relationship, shape architecture direction, and lead a small senior team of architects, engineers and consultants.

In this role, you will discover and shape the client’s data landscape, governance, and operating models, steering a portfolio of agent use cases and making go/no-go decisions with a clear value

Qualifications

15+ years in data, analytics and AI, including leadership of client-facing programs for large enterprises.
Hands-on architecture depth on Databricks or similar and at least one hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
At least one GenAI or agent solution taken into production with evaluation and access controls.
Strong grasp of semantic layers, glossaries and knowledge graphs and how agents use them.

Responsibilities

Define and shape the data, analytics and AI landscape for client engagements.
Act as design authority for data, context and agent architecture.
Lead delivery governance and value realization with executive sponsors.
Coach team members and grow client relationships through evidence-based next steps.
