Job summary

Enhanced seeks an ecommerce growth leader to take full control of our direct-to-consumer business. You will optimize conversion, merchandising, pricing, bundles, and checkout to drive revenue and retention across subscriptions.

You will own the Shopify ecosystem and oversee a fast-scaling DTC brand with a premium yet performance-driven approach. The role emphasizes building analytics-backed strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid experimentation to deliver measurable improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ecommerce experience in high-growth DTC or Shopify storefronts.
• Deep expertise in CRO, AOV, LTV, CAC optimization through testing and merchandising.
• Strong instincts for product catalogs, bundles, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Hands-on ownership of Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce tech stack.
• Experience growing subscription businesses with attach rate and retention.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the ecommerce business and drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Audit the customer journey to identify high-impact conversion and AOV opportunities.
• Launch improvements across checkout, bundles, pricing, and upsells with measurable results.
• Own merchandising, promotions, and product assortment decisions.
• Build a roadmap for subscription growth and customer experience.
