Cognia is a nonprofit improvement organization focused on advancing teaching and learning worldwide. The SVP of Curriculum will shape strategy and execution for HQIM and aligned assessments, overseeing curriculum design and product innovation.

Reporting to the Chief Curriculum & Assessment Officer, this role leads a team across content areas, partnering with large-scale assessment and lab groups to deliver evidence-based solutions for districts and schools, while representing Cognia externally.

Formación

• Extensive leadership experience in K-12 curriculum and related services.
• Experience developing and publishing high-quality instructional materials.
• Strong understanding of current curriculum and assessment trends.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and oversee the Curriculum Department within the division.
• Lead development and lifecycle management of HQIM and non-summative assessments.
• Ensure coherence across curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Drive product innovation, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to strengthen offerings.
• Partner with related teams on aligned solutions and R&D.
• Represent Cognia at industry forums and with policymakers.
• Stay current on education regulations and market trends.
