Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, security engineering, or infrastructure security leadership roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise cryptography or key management programs in large, regulated organizations.
• Deep expertise in applied cryptography, PKI, key management, HSM technologies, and cloud security architectures.
• Strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography strategies and modernization initiatives.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the firm’s enterprise cryptography strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Lead enterprise cryptography modernization across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Drive enterprise key management, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle programs.
• Establish secure-by-default cryptographic services for multi-cloud, containerized, and AI platforms.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, IAM, and Enterprise Architecture teams to embed cryptography across the tech stack.
• Provide governance, risk, and regulatory alignment with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
