Symmetry Anesthesia Clinicians PLLC is seeking a Chief CRNA to lead the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe practice in Rowlett, TX. You will oversee about 19 CRNA FTEs, shape staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations while staying connected to the OR.

This leadership role emphasizes autonomy, a collaborative culture, and strong hospital partnerships, with accountability and a 1:4 MD ratio. We offer a competitive $300,000+ W-2 package, 8 weeks PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Strong CRNA Team – Support, mentor, communicate with, and advocate for approximately 19 CRNA FTEs.
• Help Shape the Practice – Input into staffing, scheduling, recruiting, retention, workflows, and operational decisions.
• Build the Culture – Create an environment built around accountability, communication, teamwork, and respect.
• Partner With Leadership – Work with physician, hospital, and Symmetry leadership to improve the practice.
• Recruit & Retain Great People – Build a team clinicians want to join.
• Maintain Clinical Practice – Stay connected to the OR and the clinicians you lead.
• Be Heard – Bring ideas, identify opportunities, and help make better decisions.
