Job summary

F5 is seeking a Head of Corporate Security in the United States to lead Physical, Travel, and Executive Protection programs, shaping policy, standards, and risk-based strategy across the enterprise. You will oversee risk assessments, vendor management, budgets, and incident response, collaborating with HR, Legal, Information Security, and Operations to protect people and executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate security, executive protection, or risk management.
• 8+ years leading enterprise security programs with executive protection accountability.
• Proven experience designing protective programs for C-suite and Boards.
• Strong knowledge of ASIS standards, ISO 31030/31000.
• Governing programs with standards, metrics, and remediation tracking.
• Threat assessment, protective intelligence, crisis and incident command.
• Understanding of duty-of-care, privacy, and surveillance laws.
• Relationships with federal/state/local law enforcement, government agencies.
• Global operations experience across regions and high-risk travel.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; CPP within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year corporate security strategy aligned to risk and growth.
• Oversee physical security policy, standards, and site risk assessments.
• Provide independent oversight of Workplace/Facilities risk programs and vendor oversight.
• Own enterprise travel risk policy, ratings, and pre-travel briefings.
• Oversee travel risk program and provider performance, incident response.
• Lead Executive Protection program for CEO, executives, and Board members.
• Run protective intelligence and coordinate with law enforcement on threats.
• Manage security vendor contracts, budgets, and cost-to-risk justification.
• Deliver security metrics and executive-level reporting to leadership.
