CRC Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead an integrated enterprise communications strategy. You will advise senior leaders, shape the corporate narrative, and oversee internal and external communications across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels.

The role partners with Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure messaging is timely, compelling, and aligned with business priorities while protecting and enhancing the company’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications with ownership of internal communications strategy and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Finance or other shared-services functions in a matrixed org is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a cohesive internal communications strategy informing and engaging teammates with company priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, developing enterprise narratives, executive messaging, speeches, and talking points.
• Lead media relations strategy and cultivate relationships with industry and trade media to strengthen brand and reputation.
• Lead enterprise crisis communications and issues‑management with cross‑functional partners.
• Drive communications for enterprise transformation and major business initiatives, building stakeholder strategies and toolkits.
