Chase Auto is seeking a Vice President of External Communications to shape the external narrative for its Commercial Solutions unit and related businesses. The role focuses on advancing reputation, visibility and strategic messaging across consumer and commercial audiences.

The candidate will lead senior-level communications, secure executive speaking opportunities, and partner with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent firmwide messaging.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in external/corporate communications or public relations.
• Proven success advising senior executives and leading B2B communications.
• Experience with consumer-facing and trade publications; tailoring messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications strategy for Commercial Solutions and related units.
• Advise senior executives on positioning, media engagement and reputation.
• Develop proactive narratives highlighting innovation, partnerships and product capabilities.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking engagements and major announcements.
• Oversee media strategy and relationships across national, financial, automotive, consumer and trade press.
• Anticipate risk, manage reputational issues, and liaise with Legal and Compliance.
