Job summary

Cherub is seeking a Director of Content & Editorial to define Cherub’s voice, shape editorial strategy, and lead a cross-channel content program spanning newsletters, blog, site, social, events, and original franchises like Wing Woman. You will mentor the Content Manager and own end-to-end content development, from concept to publication.

You’ll drive editorial calendars, Franchise development, and distribution strategies, ensuring data-driven decisions and a cohesive content ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial strategy across Cherub’s content ecosystem (newsletter, blog, site, social, events, and original franchises).
• Review content and provide editorial direction with the Content Manager.
• Lead Wing Woman editorial strategy and its distribution across channels.
• Build and own three core Cherub editorial newsletter franchises and define cadence, audience, and sections.
• Oversee Cherub blog and on-site editorial strategy, turning existing content into evergreen assets.
• Develop Masterclasses and educational content, curriculums, speakers, and follow-up content.
• Write and edit homepage, landing pages, campaigns, product messaging, and maintain consistent Cherub voice across all outward-facing content.
