Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of compliance or related experience.
• Professional compliance certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience in large, complex organizations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the compliance program including policies and training.
• Perform annual risk assessments and develop work plans.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report program effectiveness.
• Lead compliance staff and coordinate with General Counsel.
• Oversee investigations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with campus programs for consistency.
• Lead compliance training development.
• Promote integrity and safe reporting channels.
