About the company
The company is a global digital asset exchange with a large international user base, now building its U.S. presence. Its platform offers spot trading, derivatives, staking and other products for retail and institutional clients, backed by fast infrastructure and deep liquidity.
It believes good platforms come from steady improvement and open collaboration, and it values straight talk, practical thinking and people who own their ideas.
The company intends to build its U.S. compliance program from scratch, starting with registration. Once registered, the successful candidate will run compliance day to day and act as the main contact for NFA, the CFTC and the guarantor FCM.

- Supervision and training: Oversee registered staff and customer-facing activity, decide which roles need AP registration, deliver ethics, AML and cybersecurity training, and approve public communications under NFA Compliance Rule 2-29 alongside the FCM.
- Regulators: Serve as primary contact for NFA, the CFTC and the FCM, and handle examinations, deficiency responses, complaints and recordkeeping.
- Business partnership: Review product, marketing, support and growth initiatives before launch, and track CFTC and NFA developments on digital-asset derivatives and event contracts.
