Ideal candidates should have over 12 years in compliance, preferably in a senior leadership role, alongside CRCM certification. Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years in banking compliance, with 5 years in senior compliance leadership.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to interpret federal statutes.
• Experience managing compliance teams and interactions with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies that meet OCC standards.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments.
• Serve as primary contact for OCC examiners and manage examinations.
• Monitor changes in federal laws and adapt compliance operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
