Job summary

ElderSource in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an Executive Leader to guide Community Services with strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and program expansion. The role oversees ADRC, SHINE, SMP, and MIPPA, and collaborates across departments to meet elder and caregiver needs.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will shape long-range goals, develop partnerships with DOEA and providers, and ensure responsible resource stewardship while advancing the agency's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Gerontology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience in aging, disability, healthcare, human services, or information and referral services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership and direction for all Community Services programs and initiatives.
• Oversees ADRC Services, SHINE Program, SMP, MIPPA, and Future Community Services initiatives.
• Ensures departmental compliance with federal, state, contractual, and organizational requirements.
• Develops departmental priorities and evaluates program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Represents ElderSource at local, regional, and statewide committees and public events.
