Qualifications

• Accomplished orthopaedic leader with a track record in clinical excellence and physician leadership.
• Experience building growth and strategy in community orthopaedics across a health system.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing surgeons and APPs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic direction of the division.
• Lead recruitment, growth, and regional expansion efforts across Duke Health.
• Foster collaboration with Duke Orthopaedics and health system leadership to align priorities.
