Qualifications

• Ten years of leadership with budgets and staff oversight.
• Ten years building strategic relationships with veteran, military, nonprofit stakeholders.
• Ten years developing and executing community engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Community Engagement & Grassroots portfolio.
• Provide strategic direction for grassroots advocacy networks and regional staff.
• Build and execute an integrated community engagement strategy connecting advocacy, constituent affairs, and partnerships.
• Oversee organizational knowledge transfer to community-facing teams across functions.
• Develop and lead a national activation model engaging warriors, families, and partners.
• Strengthen local, state, and national presence through strategic relationships.
• Oversee grant-funded partnerships and performance reporting at portfolio level.
• Prepare executive materials and briefs for leadership.
• Train and guide geographically dispersed teams for high performance.
