Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a visionary leader to guide the Community Engagement & Grassroots portfolio, uniting advocacy, constituent affairs, and partnerships nationwide. You will mentor dispersed teams, shape strategy, and drive mission-aligned investments with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including staff management and budgets.
• Ten years of experience building strategic relationships with veteran, military, nonprofit, community, government, or mission-aligned stakeholders.
• Ten years of experience developing strategies and initiatives that engage communities and drive advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Community Engagement & Grassroots portfolio (Grassroots, Constituent Affairs, Community Partnerships & Investments).
• Provide strategic direction for grassroots advocacy networks and regional staff.
• Build an integrated engagement strategy connecting advocacy, alumni, partnerships, and local stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting, budgets, and portfolio-level performance for the function.
