Job summary

Corgi is seeking an experienced Head of Communications to develop and lead our communications strategy, advise senior leadership, and hands-on execute corporate messaging, media relations, and internal communications.

You will translate complex insurance and technology topics into clear, accurate language while guiding executives and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and operating teams across our offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading corporate communications.
• Experience guiding organizations through high-stakes or sensitive issues.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to explain complex products and technology to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set communications strategy and plan aligned with business priorities.
• Lead corporate messaging across insurance, technology, and customer programs.
• Advise senior leadership for interviews, announcements, and sensitive talks.
• Own media relations and develop timely materials for inquiries.
• Lead communications on sensitive issues with Legal and Compliance.
• Strengthen internal communications to engage employees.
• Create review workflows and central messaging repository.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share developments.
• Measure effectiveness and adjust approach as needed.
