Job summary

Cigna Healthcare seeks a Business Communications Lead Analyst to advance priorities through strategic internal and external communications. You will partner across functions to craft content, manage plans and programs, and deliver insights that drive engagement and business outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders to translate complex information into clear messaging, lead thought leadership efforts, and ensure communications align with brand standards across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, or related fields.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, editing, and presentation development.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to measure communication effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other business communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated communication strategies aligned with GHB priorities and objectives.
• Create and deliver high-impact communications across channels, including digital, print, and executive messaging.
• Manage communications plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows for timely delivery and measurable results.
• Produce reports and analyses that provide insights into engagement and KPIs.
• Partner with leaders to translate complex information into clear, actionable communications.
• Lead or support development of executive thought leadership content to strengthen visibility.
• Coordinate content review, approvals, and distribution to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Build relationships across the organization to identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Identify new approaches and tools to enhance communication outcomes.
