Robigo is seeking a Chief Business Officer to lead the commercialization of lead crop protection products and to build the foundation for portfolio growth. You will report to the CEO and partner with R&D to align commercial priorities with product development and investor communications.

This is a fast-moving, high-impact role demanding strategic dealmaking, financial rigor, and strong board-facing activities as Robigo moves toward its Series B and sustained growth.

Competenze

• 15+ years of relevant commercial experience in crop protection or related ag inputs.
• Familiarity across deal structures including licensing, distribution, and asset sales.
• Deep knowledge of the crop protection market and landscape; seed treatment focus is a plus.
• Ability to build financial models projecting market opportunity and how deal terms translate into P&L.
• Experience managing financial statements, annual budgeting, and financial models, comfortable as day-to-day finance lead.
• Track record translating highly technical work into commercial narratives, pitches for partners/investors.

• Commercial Strategy & Deal Execution: Lead deal formation across Robigo's pipeline to drive revenue growth and shape partnership strategy including licensing and asset sales.
• Market & Financial Modeling: Build models to size TAM/SAM/SOM and translate terms into company P&L for fundraising and commercial planning.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align product positioning with commercial requirements; craft pitches for partners and investors.
• Finance & Board Leadership: Support budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, and capitalization strategy; report progress to the Board.
