Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the company’s commercial strategy and growth trajectory. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Leadership Team, guiding revenue, pricing, partnerships, and market expansion.

The CCO will build an enterprise-wide commercial backbone, drive profitability, and advance value creation with emphasis on circular economy solutions and sustainable materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of executive commercial leadership in a growth-oriented environment.
• Experience leading sales, marketing, pricing, partnerships, and commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of plastics, packaging, recycling, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of enterprise transformation, profitable growth, and margin expansion.
• Ability to influence at CEO, Board, and investor levels.
• Data-driven leadership with KPI dashboards, forecast accuracy, and disciplined decision-making.
• Customer-centric leadership with strong account relationships and retention.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide commercial strategy.
• Drive growth, market expansion, and product commercialization across platforms.
• Build commercial infrastructure, cadence, and analytical discipline.
• Deepen executive-level customer partnerships and translate needs into differentiated solutions.
• Advance EBITDA and gross margin improvement and provide clear performance visibility to the Board.
• Oversee growth across sustainable materials, recycled plastics, and circular economy initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with national brands and distribution channels.
