Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and facilitate activities of nursing and clinical services.
• Assume leadership role in hospital's decision making.
• Ensure competence of clinical staff and appropriate staffing.
• Develop systems and policies for patient care.
• Responsible for overall staffing plans and departmental budgets.
