Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health, Hawai‘i's leading locally owned post-acute health care organization, seeks a Chief Clinical Officer to direct nursing and clinical operations in service of population health and equitable, quality care for kūpuna. You will lead clinical strategy, partner with executives, and advance data-driven improvements across our skilled nursing communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent) preferred
• Advanced coursework/certification in geriatrics, public health, or population health preferred
• Active RN license in Hawaii and 10+ years nursing leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, education and training across OPH
• Lead planning, coordination and evaluation of nursing and clinical services
• Monitor KPIs such as readmission rates and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data supports quality improvement
• Develop nursing and clinical strategies supporting population health management
• Align clinical practices with organizational goals to improve outcomes
• Cultivate partnerships with healthcare and community stakeholders
• Promote lifelong learning and professional development
