Job summary

The NCAA in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Vice President of Championships to guide all three divisions across 84 championships. You will set strategic direction, prioritize initiatives, and manage budgets to align with the association's goals.

You will lead championships operations, governance for rules and oversight, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize revenue, athlete experience and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in managing and leading professional or collegiate sport events.
• Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for NCAA championships across all divisions.
• Develop and oversee strategies, priorities and projects aligned with NCAA goals.
• Lead staff in championships administration, event management, and financial operations.
• Collaborate with media partners to increase exposure and revenues.
• Oversee committees and panels related to playing rules and championship oversight.
• Develop performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Be a member of the Senior Management Team and President Cabinet.
