Job summary

Principled, a US-based nonprofit, seeks a new CEO to guide the organization toward its next chapter, expanding initiatives and strengthening its role in tech industry justice related to Palestine. The role requires building relationships with Silicon Valley leaders and expanding the movement within the tech world.

You will lead strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and governance with a lean, volunteer-powered team, while staying grounded in values and impact.

Qualifications

Deep relationships in Silicon Valley: venture, investors, founders, angels.
Existing engagement in the Palestinian solidarity movement in some form.
Comfort running a nonprofit, or willingness to learn: operations, compliance, governance.
Fundraising instincts built on relationships rather than traditional development pipelines.

Responsibilities

Own the organization’s strategy and direction.
Lead and grow a team of volunteers and full-time staff.
Represent Principled in Silicon Valley and build key partnerships.
Build and manage partnerships with tech companies, investors, and movement partners.
Lead and grow the membership base.
Oversee operations, compliance, finance, and governance.
Drive fundraising, focused on relationships rather than traditional channels.
Build out international infrastructure with affiliated entities.
