Segerstrom Center for the Arts is seeking a senior operations leader to manage Campus Operations, Security, Facilities and Engineering across the Center venues. This role directs staff, budget, and capital projects to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations.

The position oversees multi-department coordination, strategic planning, and collaboration with executives to deliver exceptional experiences for audiences and productions.

Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent experience in performing arts facility or related field.
• Experience managing large budgets and capital programs.
• Extensive knowledge of labor contracts, wage scales, practices and techniques.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.
• Technical experience in concert production and/or company management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the operation of the Campus Operations Department and supervise staff including IATSE and the Director, Theater Operations.
• Oversee Capital Planning, Construction, and Project Delivery.
• Direct the Security Department and ensure patron/staff safety across the Center campus.
• Direct the Engineering Department and maintenance of all Center facilities; supervise chief engineers.
• Direct Theater Operations for all events, supervising managers and administrative staff.
• Prepare and submit annual department budgets and monitor financial controls.
• Lead capital repair/replacement recommendations with Facilities Committee.
• Coordinate concessions operations and licensing with Patina Restaurant Group.
• Participate in labor negotiations and related actions with executive leadership.
• Acquire permits/licenses for facility operations and manage service contracts.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management standards.
