Compensation:

Dependent on experience, ranging from $108,000 to $115,000 annually.

Position Summary:

Plan, supervise, and direct the work of the engineering team, including maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, grounds, and facility finishes, ensuring safety and compliance with codes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and facility finishes
• Manage outside vendors and contractors
• Schedule and supervise engineering staff
• Develop preventive maintenance programs
• Resolve technical issues
• Optimize operational costs
• Prepare budgets and track expenses
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings
• Train new employees
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• 3-5 years in a facility engineering role
• 2-4 years supervisory experience
• Experience with energy management systems
• High school diploma or GED
