Job summary

PAKA Apparel is seeking a Head of Brand & Creative in Boulder to steward and build a premium natural fiber brand. You will partner with the Founder to shape brand strategy, storytelling, campaigns, and partnerships, raising PAKA to global leadership in premium natural-fiber apparel.

You will lead the Brand team, align with Art Director, and drive the narrative across channels to create cultural relevance and emotional connection that sustains long-term equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio of breakthrough brand work and premium creative judgement.
• Experience leading brand strategy with creative teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to grow brand awareness through storytelling and earned media.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder to evolve and steward long-term brand strategy.
• Own brand positioning, messaging, voice, and premium standards across touchpoints.
• Develop and own Brand Calendar with narratives, campaigns, partnerships and moments.
• Build and lead in-house creative production and manage external production network.
• Drive campaigns and content from concept through launch with high quality standards.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Retail, and Partnerships to ensure a consistent brand experience.
