The Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at YMCA of Greater San Antonio reports to the President/CEO and leads the organization’s marketing and communications across the association. The role drives brand stewardship, public relations, digital engagement, and community storytelling to support membership growth, program participation, philanthropy, and partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressive marketing experience including online digital marketing.
• Proven experience in advertising/promotions that produce results.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve on the Senior Leadership Team and advise on brand, communications, media relations, and marketing investments.
• Develop and execute an Association-wide integrated marketing and communications strategy.
• Translate priorities into annual marketing plans, campaigns, calendars, and budgets.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Marketing staff and payroll processes.
• Lead crisis communications and stakeholder engagement as needed.
