The Utilities Maintenance Operator Subject Matter Expert (UMOSME) is responsible for providing maintenance and reliability support within the plant, with a focus on critical water, gas, and air systems. This role partners closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and reliability teams to ensure asset health, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The UMOSME plays a key role in planning and executing maintenance strategies, managing critical equipment data, supporting CMMS workflows, and mentoring maintenance personnel. This individual will also lead compliance efforts, including maintaining required licensure and overseeing process safety management (PSM) programs.
This position may require work on weekends and holidays as needed.
