Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS/Engineering.
- Extensive leadership of enterprise authentication engineering and teams.
- Strong experience with passkeys, phishing-resistant authentication and passwordless methods.
- Proven ability to participate in security governance and architectural reviews.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise authentication strategy, architecture, and standards across environments.
- Lead design of authentication, federation, SSO, and access patterns.
- Architect phishing-resistant and passwordless authentication at scale.
- Drive UX telemetry to improve authentication journeys.
- Staffing, performance reviews, and career development for the team.
- Represent IAM in Security Review Board and Architecture Review Board.
