Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in identity and access management or security engineering.
• 5+ years of direct people management of engineers with hiring and performance oversight.
• Expert knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, federation, SSO, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise authentication strategy, target architecture, roadmap, and standards.
• Lead design reviews for authentication flows, cloud identity, and vendor solutions.
• Manage a team of authentication engineers, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Represent IAM in Security Review Board and Architecture Review Board forums.
