Job summary

FLP Atrato Consulting, a division of F.L.Putnam, seeks a Managing Director of Investment Platform Solutions to lead platform strategy, education, and open architecture for internal and external RIAs. You will manage relationships, develop collateral, and collaborate with Technology to deliver integrated investment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA/CAIA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment analysis across asset classes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of alternative investments, asset classes, and vehicle types.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Salesforce, Office suite; adapt to business needs.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude and client confidentiality.
• Ability to teach, lead, and coach direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and education supporting the FLP internal open architecture platform.
• Develop and implement strategic platform plans to keep FLP competitive.
• Audit platforms for compliance and optimization.
• Oversee key business initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Liaise with Technology to integrate online services for clients.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenses to support growth.
