Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, investment management or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, financial services, or a related industry involving investment platforms, custodians, TAMPs, or advisor technology.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or managing custodial, investment, and third-party platform solutions.
• Experience leading strategic vendor relationships, including contract evaluation, pricing discussions, SLAs, and platform enhancements.
• Experience developing or administering product and investment due diligence frameworks within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with investments, operations, compliance, technology, and advisor-facing teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, vendor-management, executive communication, and organizational skills.
• FINRA licenses Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 (or 63 and 65)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for custodial and clearing platforms, including capabilities, pricing, integrations, and scalability.
• Oversee relationships with custodians, TAMPs, and value-add vendors, including risk, reporting, analytics, and other advisor-facing solutions.
• Evaluate and onboard new platform capabilities to improve advisor experience, client outcomes, or operational efficiency.
• Govern third-party investment platforms and product availability, including ongoing assessment of capabilities and enhancements.
• Lead the firmwide product due diligence framework, including documented approval and monitoring processes.
• Partner with Operations and Compliance to strengthen platform controls, execution, documentation, and risk oversight.
• Develop scalable infrastructure and processes to support advisor and AUM growth without complexity.
• Lead cross-functional platform initiatives and communicate priorities, recommendations, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
