Job summary

GT School seeks a Head Of Global Expansion to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding to a national network. The role is a full-time contractor with Crossover as Contractor of Record; travel to Austin is expected ~1 week/month and a strong impact mindset is essential.

You will lead program design beyond academics, staffing, operations, and market strategies while serving as the public face through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with revenue ownership (min 1M USD/yr).
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students through family, work, or lived experience.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin (min 1 week/month).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model starting with a prototype campus.
• Staffing models, space design, and operations for a physical model campus.
• Developing parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks for expansion.
• Defining, documenting, and scaling quality standards and cultural rituals across sites.
• Acting as the public face of the model—driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
