You will oversee architects, developers, automation engineers, and QA teams, shaping standards and platforms that empower product teams to deliver secure, scalable software at scale. You will drive governance, modernization, data strategy, and AI-enabled delivery while partnering with Security, PM, and Ops to

Qualifications

• 12+ years software engineering experience with leadership in architecture, development, automation, and QA.
• Proven success leading large, customer-facing production systems with high availability and data integrity.
• Experience building and managing engineering teams through full employee lifecycle.
• Strong leadership across enterprise architecture, cloud, security, automation, data platforms, and modern delivery.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled engineering practices and delivering AI-powered capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and retain architecture, development, automation, and QA teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Define SDLC, Agile planning, release management, and change control.
• Establish standards for CI/CD, code quality, secure development, and testing practices.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering capabilities and AI governance frameworks.
• Own production operations, on-call programs, incident response, and observability improvements.
