Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an experienced Director of Architecture & Enabling Services to lead enterprise architecture, application security, quality engineering, automation, and AI strategy across the organization.

This leader will oversee a multidisciplinary team while establishing the standards, platforms, and engineering practices that enable product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership across architecture, cloud platforms, security, automation, and data platforms.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled engineering practices and delivering AI-powered capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, test automation, and QA organizations.
• Own SDLC, Agile planning, delivery, release management, and change control.
• Define and track engineering metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery, quality, reliability, and automation.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices and AI-powered capabilities.
• Oversee production operations, on-call programs, escalation processes, and incident response.
