Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Head of Application Security to lead security across application, AI, and product domains.

You will embed secure-SDLC into the software lifecycle, establish AI governance, and mature PSIRT capabilities for shipped firmware and hardware, partnering with IT, engineering enablement, and global operations. The role requires 15+ years of leadership in security, deep SDLC and AI security expertise, and the ability to communicate risk to executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership in large-scale environments.
• Experience establishing secure-SDLC / DevSecOps in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in PSIRT, coordinated vulnerability disclosure, SBOM / software supply chain.
• Ability to translate risk to business terms for executives and the board.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and operation of application, AI, and product security capabilities.
• Establish secure-SDLC policy, standards, reference architectures, and tooling.
• Define and operate risk-managed AI security governance program.
• Grow company-wide product security practice and incident response capability.
• Advise CISO, executives, and board on security posture and risk tradeoffs.
• Build and scale a multidisciplinary security organization across engineering and business units.
• Align security to regulatory requirements across automotive, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
