Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with senior leadership in large environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling security programs across application, AI, and product security.
• Strong knowledge of secure-SDLC / DevSecOps and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with governance frameworks and board-level risk discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, build-out, and operation of application, AI, and product security capabilities.
• Establish secure-SDLC policy, standards, and tooling; scale SBOM and trusted publishing.
• Develop risk-managed AI security governance and agentic AI controls.
• Grow a cross-functional security organization and report posture to executives.
