- Design and optimize antenna systems for performance and manufacturability.
- Develop prototypes, oversee fabrication, and ensure test validation.
- Establish practical manufacturing approaches and repeatable processes.
- Lead antenna testing, characterization, and verification.
- Develop new antenna products and technologies for markets and customers.
- Support strategic opportunities and technical sales with customers.
- Identify new markets and applications for antenna tech.
- Develop IP and proprietary antenna solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and guide the technology roadmap.
