Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a hands-on AI Product Co-Developer to build production-grade agentic AI systems, marrying product thinking with engineering depth across the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

You will design LLM-powered workflows, translate business needs into concrete requirements, and define performance metrics while collaborating with governance and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or ML engineering and product development.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs/agentic frameworks.
• Experience with production AI—tool use, prompting, orchestration patterns.
• Ability to write clear product requirements without engineering support.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs and handling edge cases.
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with real-time or near-real-time data systems and latency trade-offs.
• Familiarity with responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI partner platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full AI product lifecycle: discovery, requirements definition, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design, build, and iterate on LLM-powered agentic workflows for complex, data-intensive use cases.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and agent configurations.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics and acceptance criteria for AI outputs.
• Manage the post-launch lifecycle: track performance and gather user feedback.
• Collaborate on system optimization across performance, cost, and constraints.
• Work with governance teams to ensure AI outputs meet standards.
• Stay informed on evolving AI landscape and translate developments into opportunities.
• Engage internal stakeholders to support delivery of AI capabilities.
• Support demos and presentations of prototypes and new capabilities.
