Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in New York City seeks a Head of Analytics Engineering to define and execute the analytics engineering strategy across pricing, risk, derived metrics and AI/ML-driven analytics. You will lead architecture, delivery, and governance for scalable, production-grade analytics products and partner with Product, Research and Commercial leadership to shape roadmaps.

The role combines domain expertise in fixed income/derivatives with deep systems engineering and leadership to

Qualifications

Master's degree in CS or Computer Engineering and deep expertise in scaling analytics for financial markets.
Strong programming in Python, Java, C++ with experience building large-scale data and analytics systems.
Proven experience with AI/ML production deployment and model lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Analytics Engineering strategy for a portfolio of analytics products.
Lead architecture, design and delivery of production-grade analytics products (pricing, risk).
Set engineering best practices for code quality, testing, observability, and delivery of complex programs.
Drive AI/ML integration into analytics products with production readiness, monitoring and governance.
Lead and scale a high-performing analytics engineering organization and partner with product, research and commercial teams.
