Job summary

Deel is seeking a Creative Director to lead AI-native production across video and design. You will shape workflows, set standards, and push creative boundaries by combining traditional storytelling with generative AI, delivering bold brand campaigns at scale.

You will work hands-on with a global team, defining how AI is used responsibly and creatively while building lasting processes that outlive individual projects.

Qualifications

• At least ten years across video, motion, or design, with direction as well as production.
• Recent work made or directed with generative AI that stands up as creative work first.
• Deep knowledge of the current tooling, and clear judgment about where it breaks.
• Proven ability to build a workflow other people can actually use.
• A point of view on likeness, disclosure, and provenance. We take these seriously.
• A reel with range across live-action, motion, and generative work.
• Experience establishing an AI practice inside a creative team.
• A public point of view on AI in creative work.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-native production workflow and standards.
• Lead AI-centric video and design projects across campaigns and brand stories.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and brand designers to scale AI-enabled work.
• Develop repeatable methods for the team to reuse across projects.
